What the guarantee covers
The system is guaranteed to produce the elite decorative leather designs as described. The guarantee covers that artwork result. It does not guarantee a particular production time.
Seven-day request window
If the system cannot produce the decorative designs as described, request a refund within seven days of delivery by emailing leatherforgesystems@gmail.com.
Equipment return required
A refund under this guarantee requires returning the equipment. The customer pays return shipping. Contact us to arrange the return.
Production-time guidance
Production times, including the five-minute comparison, are general guidance for the decorative artwork-production step on suitable designs. Design preparation, cutting, coloring, finishing, and assembly take additional time. The quality guarantee is based on producing the described artwork, not completing it within five minutes.
Damage on arrival
Equipment that arrives damaged will be replaced. Email us to arrange a replacement.
